Compounded semaglutide starts at $249/mo and compounded tirzepatide at $349/mo, with 3-month supplies available at a discount. Pricing stays the same even if your provider adjusts your dose over time.

Your program includes medication delivered to your door, provider visits, 24/7 care support, access to the member community, and the supplies needed for treatment — including syringes, alcohol pads and other applicable administration materials — all with no membership fee.
